Tomyum soup was delicious n flavourful staff was quite attentive music was great but choice of food n drinks are limited for seafood lovers u have to select premium or supreme set but dat oso limited as d items served is bein control i guess to avoid too much wastage haha overall it was pleasant my guest were happy n we will comebac again
Amazingly fast reservation.. although i reserve on the same day, the restaurant are able to get notified of my reservation.. eating at flame cafe was a great experience. Worth the money as when you pick the most exp buffet which is affordable, you are able to get lobster, oyster, crab, crawfish, crayfish, prawns..
The steamboat buffet was nice.. took the supreme package and its so worth it.. the meat and seafood are all fresh. We choose the crab in salted egg yolk sauce, it was so delicious. The ambiance is nice and place looks spacious probably coz of the high ceiling. Overall, great place to chill!
Very good ambience and setting. Nice tasting food. Brilliant service by the staffs. Affordable price. Wish Flame Cafe the very best to in their "flaming" journey...
A lot of food choices to choose from . Place is clean and a good experience overall . Enjoy a lot with my friends will go again next time . Ya and got one service crew very good tell us how to order and all. Will look forward to it again soon
A very nice place and the food we're really great. The staff at Flame Cafe is very helpful and very well served. Looking forward to come again on our next trip.
Staff was very indeed very helpful and responsive. They know when to fill up our soup wo us asking. We came when it was less crowded thus we have the luxury of most of the food. Food was good. Salted egg n cheese sauce was superb. Will come again for sure.
Worth it to go for the Supreme menu if you’re a seafood lover! Grill surface was a little too small to properly barbecue stuff, doubt they can change it cause it’s a pagoda pot. It would be better if small tissue boxes were provided on the dining tables. Overall nice experience, will visit again someday. Good for big crowds and gatherings.
Food was amazing, the soup was filled with taste and the selections were plenty, what they lack is their menu is a little complicated and it has to be explained with regards to the premium or superior prices that you are paying and what additional you'll be getting in return. For the sashimi, they have only meouro and another fish but no salmon. Maybe when they should say raw fish instead of a selection of sashimi.
a bit expensive n e soup base need to pay. which was not told in advance knowing after when I made payment. depend e which kind of soup you choose. i feel that steamboat should have basic soup base provided other soup base then is required to pay for different favour. how can steamboat without soup n pay for soup. something I do not like e idea. service so so. need to improve as I feel is new management not so smooth on the process.. only one thing if different to cause curious steam n cheese layer. .
