Simple menu, nice food, helpful staff, timely service, relaxed ambience.

We were given counter seats. Disliked the idea at first but came to love seeing the kitchen in action! Food was fantastic! Baked camembert was fantastic and the Deckle steak stole the show! It was a tad difficult to catch the attention of the service staff though due to the location of our seats. Overall, a great experience. We definitely be back soon!

Food was overall tasty and flavourful. Because the restaurant is small, the noise level is higher. most seats were at the bar top with high seats where preparation of food can be seen (open kitchen concept). There were times where we see chefs using their bare hands preparing the food.

Everything was so good. Portions were perfect too. Service even better!

Had the burpple beyond tasting menu. A total steal given the quality of the food. Will be back again!

We had the Burpple Beyond set. Food was good but portions were quite small.

Meats were excellent, although I would suggest the Deckle be cooked at a medium temperature rather than mediun-rare as there is a fair amount of sinew. Servers were wonderfully pleasant, the Malbec went down smoothly with our meats after airing. The Tri-Tip was delicious. as were the mushrooms and the cheesecake.

Had the Onglet and Tri-tip. Nice marbling, melt-in-the-mouth experience. Awesome!

Everything was awesome, from food to service! We each had a starter, main and dessert and thoroughly enjoyed each course. The service was excellent and even helped celebrated my husband's birthday. We will definitely be back even though we live far away!

Waited quite long for the food. Food was served inconsistently. We ordered first but the next table got their food served first. I had the truffles fries as my side and it was served way earlier than my main. Finished my fries even before the main was served. Beef was good tho.

Few things to highlight: we werent unable to take tasting menu, one of the orders was wrong and the onglet was a little too raw for its "medium" despite waitress telling us that the beef has been sous vide. Other than these hiccups. Service, the rest of the dishes and ambience were all good. I dont mind coming back again but only for the tasting menu since thats has been my intent to patronise the restaurant. It is still good for romantic chilling place for couples.
