It was my first time trying Scandinavian food and the taste was unique. It leaned towards more acidic flavours, light and refreshing, full flavour yet not overly rich that would make one not want to taste further. Overall, a pleasant experience, and my table got to interact with the restaurant owners, which was an additional touch to the dinner!

Great to have a Norwegian outpost in Singapore. The service was very personal. The execution of the dishes was perfect. The price point was a little high but understand this is cause they focus on sourcing from Norway if they can for authenticity. Great addition to the Singapore food scene.

I recently visited Dill, drawn by its innovative approach to cuisine. The bright, herby flavors, especially the signature infusion of dill, truly stood out.
