Cure comes from the Latin word curare, which essentially means to care for something or someone, and at this Keong Saik Road restaurant, you’ll get the attention you deserve, and so will your food. Favourites from Cure’s seasonal ever-changing menu of European-inspired dishes include barbecue mackerel with whipped cod roe, potato, dill and cucumber, their 72 hour beef short rib with burnt onion puree and hazelnut, and their Silver Hill Farm duck breast, confit leg, sour endive and parsnip.
