Had the tasting menu and was blown away by the ingenuity and presentation. Tantalising and drool-worthy ;-) They even had a fabulous vegetarian option too! Price point not as high as other equivalent restaurants so definitely worth a try! Thanks for the amazing evening x
Food was executed with excellence and service was impeccable. Had an awesome dinner experience here. We had a group of three and ordered the 3-course for dinner. Left feeling full. Would recommend having the duck over scallops. Duck was really good!
The ambience of the restaurant was really nice and we very much enjoyed the open kitchen and being able to see the chefs in action. Food was delicious and the staff were friendly, attentive and actually knew what they were talking about which was refreshing.
Tanjong Pagar’s Cure impresses with its stunning environment almost as much as the enchanting food on offer. Dimly lit with a semi-open kitchen, dark walls and modern yet casual seating, Cure on Keong Saik Road is able to take diners on a journey to an entirely new atmosphere at their expertly designed dining space. Irish chef and co-owner Andrew Walsh has effectively made his vision of creating a Singapore bistronomy a reality, and he’s doing incredibly well at it. His experience in Michelin star restaurants – Pollen Street Social, for one – shines through here at Cure, and you’ll certainly sense that in the delicious European cuisine he creates.
Cure comes from the Latin word curare, which essentially means to care for something or someone, and at this Keong Saik Road restaurant, you’ll get the attention you deserve, and so will your food. Favourites from Cure’s seasonal ever-changing menu of European-inspired dishes include barbecue mackerel with whipped cod roe, potato, dill and cucumber, their 72 hour beef short rib with burnt onion puree and hazelnut, and their Silver Hill Farm duck breast, confit leg, sour endive and parsnip. An excellent way to get to know the food at Cure is to stop by the Tanjong Pagar restaurant on Friday and Saturday for their seasonal tasting menu which includes five courses and an optional wine pairing. Booking ahead is essential when planning to dine at this exceptional Singapore restaurant.
