Enjoyed a delightful meal with my family. Pleasant service. Good food with nice portion.
There was some miscommunication regarding Jadeite loyalty voucher (20% off) & current in house promotion. The staff in front gave differing info from waiter. Had to clarify with several staff members to confirm. Would hv given 5 stars otherwise. Food was on the expensive side (if we didn’t use the discount) but delicious; served promptly & service was attentive & warm.
Kudos to Kelvin Tan for another good experience. Keep up the good work.
Crystal Jade Jiang Nan of Singapore is inspired by the Jiangnan region of China, south of the Yangtze River and known across Asia for the intricacy of its snacks and delicacies. With this in mind, the skill that goes into every beautifully presented Chinese dish at Crystal Jade Jiang Nan is not surprising, as the chefs know that not doing Jiangnan cuisine justice is something of a culinary crime. Indeed, the chefs at Crystal Jade Jiang Nan at VivoCity in HarbourFront are devoted to classic dishes reinterpreted with plenty of modern flair.
A meal at Crystal Jade Jiang Nan is not one you’ll forget in a hurry, so start it off the appropriate way with the signature salted duck or the chilled spinach with fresh lily bulbs and sesame sauce. Then, if there’s a few of you dining, consider sharing a whole crispy duck or chicken or the braised mince ‘lion head’ meatballs with mushrooms and bamboo shoots. If you’d rather have your own dish, however, then the Chinese-style seafood at this HarbourFront gem should not be missed. Crystal Jade Jiang Nan is hidden away within VivoCity Singapore so reserve your table now and get excited.
