Quick and efficient service. Soups were tasty. The food items were fresh and well presented. There was a 1-for-1 offer for tea drinks. All in a good dining experience

Was not crowded when we went for lunch. Service was prompt. Good selections of fresh ingredients for hotpot in a nice environment. We could take our time to enjoy.

Great hotpot experience, definitely one of the more premium options in Singapore. We went for dinner on a Monday night and didn’t feel the usual chaos of dining at other hotpot restaurants. Staff was helpful, portions were big and fresh - will come back for sure!

I think this is the best hotpot chain in Singapore. In terms of food quality and service. However pricing is on the high side. Damage roughly $40-50 per pax

Nice atmosphere and well designed tables for hotpot. Doesn't feel as noisy and claustrophobic as other chain. Soup base is also less salty and sits nicely after a full meal.
