Open on Mondays through to Saturdays, Braci is a popular choice for dinner and drinks in the Boat Quay area – to guarantee a table, making a reservation in advance is recommended.

Sprawling over two floors, Braci is one of Boat Quay’s top dining destinations. Enjoy some Italian cuisine in the restaurant with an open-plan kitchen and stylish surrounds, or head up to the rooftop bar and sip on cocktails while taking in stunning views of the city skyline and the Singapore river. In Italian braci means ‘ember’, and the menu at Braci embraces the art of grilling, using the special Jasper oven and shichirin grill to cook up mouthwatering meats and seafood. Begin your meal with appetizers like the hand-dived scallops with ham, almond milk, corn and apple, beef tartare with smoked marrow and lettuce or the tagliolini with red prawns and caviar, before moving on to the main affair.
Sink your teeth into a succulent steak, some duck breast with crispy skin and heirloom carrots, pork cheek with candied celeriac and blueberry sauce, or one of Barci’s market-fresh fish dishes like the sea bass with eggplant parmigiana and saffron sauce. Conclude your meal with some avocado and coffee parfait with cocoa jelly and crumble, or some homemade pumpkin pie, before heading upstairs to the rooftop bar to enjoy views across the city and cocktails whipped up by the team of mixologists, from creative signatures to old-time classics. For an unforgettable Italian meal in Singapore, Braci is the place to go. You’ll find it located on level 5 of Boat Quay – be sure of snagging a seat by making a reservation in advance and kindly note the following fees: corkage is 1-for-1 or $50++ per bottle and cakeage is $8++ per person.
Great dining experience in this small cozy place, a good twist of using Japanese seafood. Very good and generous wine pairing. Will definitely come back.
Fantastic food and great atmosphere with a view on the rooftop! Ordered the Epicurean degustation menu and every dish either met or exceeded my expectations.
Staff there is friendly with great service. Food is tasty and innovative. The best view is at the rooftop - outside table is highly recommended.
Love the view and concept of the restaurant. It was a bit expensive so I look forward to returning but not so soon.. . .
cozy rooftop experience. recommended for a nice intimate evening with the special one, or an important business meeting where a good conducive environment is needed.
visited this restaurant many times & will still come. set lunch variety is changed on different weeks which is good.
Romantic place to have drinks and dinner food. Unfortunately it was quite expensive. Service was prompt and drinks were yummy. We spent $100+ on two drinks and 3 finger food.
The kitchen staffs did a very good job to serve the best dishes. On the other hand, service staffs lack sofistication in providing service worth a Michelin star.
intimate setting with attentive service staff. incredibly creative and well presented dishes which made every mouthful a joy.
Good food and good ambience. Highly recommended although it is slightly expensive. I will love to visit it again given. The staff attitude is very good too.
