For an Italian dining experience like no other in Singapore, head on over to Braci. Tucked away on the top two floors of a heritage shophouse, Braci provides a Mediterranean-style retreat right in the heart of Boat Quay, with its rooftop bar and restaurant serving up modern reinventions of classic Italian cuisine. Open on Mondays through to Saturdays, Braci is a popular choice for dinner and drinks in the Boat Quay area – to guarantee a table, making a reservation in advance is recommended.

Sprawling over two floors, Braci is one of Boat Quay’s top dining destinations. Enjoy some Italian cuisine in the restaurant with an open-plan kitchen and stylish surrounds, or head up to the rooftop bar and sip on cocktails while taking in stunning views of the city skyline and the Singapore river. In Italian braci means ‘ember’, and the menu at Braci embraces the art of grilling, using the special Jasper oven and shichirin grill to cook up mouthwatering meats and seafood. Begin your meal with appetizers like the hand-dived scallops with ham, almond milk, corn and apple, beef tartare with smoked marrow and lettuce or the tagliolini with red prawns and caviar, before moving on to the main affair.
Sink your teeth into a succulent steak, some duck breast with crispy skin and heirloom carrots, pork cheek with candied celeriac and blueberry sauce, or one of Barci’s market-fresh fish dishes like the sea bass with eggplant parmigiana and saffron sauce. Conclude your meal with some avocado and coffee parfait with cocoa jelly and crumble, or some homemade pumpkin pie, before heading upstairs to the rooftop bar to enjoy views across the city and cocktails whipped up by the team of mixologists, from creative signatures to old-time classics. For an unforgettable Italian meal in Singapore, Braci is the place to go. You’ll find it located on level 5 of Boat Quay – be sure of snagging a seat by making a reservation in advance and kindly note the following fees: corkage is 1-for-1 or $50++ per bottle and cakeage is $8++ per person.
hidden gem! great restaurant run by young people. full of energy and great creative food. would highly recommend all my friends before they become mainstream
Felt the portions could be a little bigger for the money. Service impeccable though. Just one toilet is not so good - long wait which isn't great when with guests.
Great food and service! Chef was very friendly and introduced every dish to us. We had the degustation menu and every plate was very good.
Delicious and artistic food with fresh and local ingredients! Absolutely fabulous service and staff! And great view from the rooftop. In short, a magical experience!
Took the option of the chef's selection and was not disappointed. A fantastic experience and I can recommend this restaurant highly. Will definitely be back.
I had the surprise 4 course set meal. The atmosphere at the restaurant was great. Coupled with the delicious food, the whole experience was fantastic.
Excellent service, food and unique restaurant vibe. Wine list was extensive and the degustation items were truly unique. Highly recommended for tourists and locals alike.
Great service! Intimate atmosphere for conversations, detailed explanation of the dishes by the chef. Definitely worth ordering the chef designed courses, will recommend to others.
Wonderful setting by the river, amazing food and service. Really interesting use of ingredients - every dish delicious and beautifully presented. Will return very soon.
Nice rooftop bar area with good ambience and vibe. Service staff attentive though miscommunication in limited bar food menu when reserving resulted in us eating elsewhere. Suggest adding note to Quandoo app that full menu not available.
