Sprawling over two floors, Braci is one of Boat Quay’s top dining destinations. Enjoy some Italian cuisine in the restaurant with an open-plan kitchen and stylish surrounds, or head up to the rooftop bar and sip on cocktails while taking in stunning views of the city skyline and the Singapore river. In Italian braci means ‘ember’, and the menu at Braci embraces the art of grilling, using the special Jasper oven and shichirin grill to cook up mouthwatering meats and seafood. Begin your meal with appetizers like the hand-dived scallops with ham, almond milk, corn and apple, beef tartare with smoked marrow and lettuce or the tagliolini with red prawns and caviar, before moving on to the main affair.
Sink your teeth into a succulent steak, some duck breast with crispy skin and heirloom carrots, pork cheek with candied celeriac and blueberry sauce, or one of Barci’s market-fresh fish dishes like the sea bass with eggplant parmigiana and saffron sauce. Conclude your meal with some avocado and coffee parfait with cocoa jelly and crumble, or some homemade pumpkin pie, before heading upstairs to the rooftop bar to enjoy views across the city and cocktails whipped up by the team of mixologists, from creative signatures to old-time classics. For an unforgettable Italian meal in Singapore, Braci is the place to go. You’ll find it located on level 5 of Boat Quay – be sure of snagging a seat by making a reservation in advance and kindly note the following fees: corkage is 1-for-1 or $50++ per bottle and cakeage is $8++ per person.
This is the second time we going there for lunch, it is amazing, foods are delicious and the service is also very good. We will come again.
I had the omakase set lunch at $100+. The dishes were well-executed and delicious. Agree that the quality is at a Singapore 1 Michelin star standard restaurant in certainly for Italian cuisine.
The foods were good except we were recommnded to order from the a la carte menu, having too many dishes ordered for us with big servings. We could not finish the foods, wasted the foods and paid a big bill.
Amazing restaurant and impeccable service. Love watching the dedicated Michelin Star Chef prepare food harvested straight from his farm! The authentic taste of Italy! Highly recommended!
Great food and service. Recommended to try this restaurant for the innovative food. The bread specially flown in from Italy was my favourite, I had 2!
Love the great service provided by the staff and the Chef. We’re looking forward to come back again to try other great foods on the menu.
Great, flavorful dining experience in an intimate environment. Also do check out the bar which has a fantastic and refreshing vantage point of the Singapore skyline.
Just amazing and highly recommended. Food, atmosphere, presentation was fantastic. Try all 3 desserts if possible. Unique Flavours. And have as an aperitif the tiramisu cocktail.
Nice rooftop with a view, music is not loud which I appreciated. Shared and enjoyed the foie gras. Next time will have to try the restaurant! Team was nice and available.
Food was excellent. The set lunch menu was value for money and the chef took great care to explain every dish that was served. The dessert was my favorite. Exquisite execution.
