Tucked away on the top two floors of a heritage shophouse, Braci provides a Mediterranean-style retreat right in the heart of Boat Quay, with its rooftop bar and restaurant serving up modern reinventions of classic Italian cuisine. Open on Mondays through to Saturdays, Braci is a popular choice for dinner and drinks in the Boat Quay area – to guarantee a table, making a reservation in advance is recommended.

Sprawling over two floors, Braci is one of Boat Quay’s top dining destinations. Enjoy some Italian cuisine in the restaurant with an open-plan kitchen and stylish surrounds, or head up to the rooftop bar and sip on cocktails while taking in stunning views of the city skyline and the Singapore river. In Italian braci means ‘ember’, and the menu at Braci embraces the art of grilling, using the special Jasper oven and shichirin grill to cook up mouthwatering meats and seafood. Begin your meal with appetizers like the hand-dived scallops with ham, almond milk, corn and apple, beef tartare with smoked marrow and lettuce or the tagliolini with red prawns and caviar, before moving on to the main affair.
Sink your teeth into a succulent steak, some duck breast with crispy skin and heirloom carrots, pork cheek with candied celeriac and blueberry sauce, or one of Barci’s market-fresh fish dishes like the sea bass with eggplant parmigiana and saffron sauce. Conclude your meal with some avocado and coffee parfait with cocoa jelly and crumble, or some homemade pumpkin pie, before heading upstairs to the rooftop bar to enjoy views across the city and cocktails whipped up by the team of mixologists, from creative signatures to old-time classics. For an unforgettable Italian meal in Singapore, Braci is the place to go. You’ll find it located on level 5 of Boat Quay – be sure of snagging a seat by making a reservation in advance and kindly note the following fees: corkage is 1-for-1 or $50++ per bottle and cakeage is $8++ per person.
Didn’t expect less from a restaurant with a Michelin Star... and they didn’t disappoint! Great service and really awesome food. Nothing weird or confusing in terms of flavours. Just great modern Italian food.
Fantastic food - we had Foie Gras, Beef Tartare, Romanesca, Black Cod, Duck Breast and it was such an experience! Excellent service and everyone take pride in what they do. Real passion about the culture. Keep up the good work!
Had a really enjoyable lunch at Braci. They never fail to deliver. Every course is beautifully done. My absolute favourite is the dessert, such a delight to the palate!
We have been coming to Braci for quite sometime and have had items of a la cartel and degustation menus. The food, service and atmosphere are just superb. Costs are quite expensive but for this quality restaurant in Singapore is to be expected. We have brought several overseas guests and they are all very impressed I would strongly recommend and it’s one hat Michelin is well deserved.
We have been here twice before, as we love BRACI! After a drink on the rooftop terrace, with the beautifull view over Boat Quay, we went downstairs to the restaurant. One can choose from a-la-carte or a surprise-menu... both fantastic choices! All courses look beautiful and the chef explains (in quite rapid and therefor sometimes not so well understandable words) about the ingredients and where these were sourced. We love it at Braci!
My friends and I love Braci especially when the Chef shared stories of the ingredients with us before we start tasting every dish. The service is very personal and we were attended with great attention. Is worth visiting Braci.
Stunning meal in a beautiful setting. Drinks in the open bar upstairs with a view out over the river and Marina Bay. Then really pleased that we choose one of the 3 tasting menus. The amuse bouches were wonderful, and the pasta dish outstanding - with fresh truffle grated on top. It was all good. And we drank a lovely Sicilian red wine. I particularly liked the passion of the chef, who introduced each course to us. A real pleasure to see someone so excited about what he is doing. We'll be back.
A very pleasant restaurant and bar tucked away on the fifth and sixth floors of a completely inconspicuous building along boat quay. The restaurant serves modern Italian cuisine with an impressive farm-to-table philosophy, and the rooftop bar offers an impressive selection of cocktails, including witty reinterpretations of all-time classics. Unreservedly and unabashedly recommended as an oasis of calm and sanity in the toxic environment that is the CBD. Reservations are absolutely necessary due to the small number of covers.
Classic and creative Italian cuisine! And the view of Braci's rooftop bar is really fantastic. Of course, All the staffs of Braci are very kind.
Amaizing experience, highly recommend Braci. It is more than an open concept kitchen, it is more like watching supper chefs at work cooking exclusively for you. All five courses were fantastic, vary impressed with the consistency
Epicurean Degustation Menu by an old friend, #Beppe and his team. Cleverly executed from farm to table supported by his family from #Puglia. Vindicated by his unwavering passion to deliver every detail overwhelms me. #Braci
The service at Braci was one of the best I have ever received at a restaurant. The environment was wonderfully intimate and the surprise menu was full of pleasant surprises. Absolutely delicious and charming.
As it was our wedding anniversary, we requested for a seat by the window during our reservation and repeated the same request during the phone confirmation. Alas, when we arrived, we were directed to a 2 seater table furthest from the window and was told that the window seats are for larger groups (via the combining of 2 seater tables). Poor start to the night although good was interesting and tasty overall (we had degustation). Place can be a little warm.
From the beautiful roof top bar and exquisite and interesting cocktails to the open kitchen, incredible food and wonderful service. All the perfect ingredients for top night out. Thank you so much Braci.
Awesome experience! Would be happy to go back! The food was very fine and presented in an original manner. Love the fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisines. The chef is so kind and goes the extra mile to come greet you, serve you and explain the delicacies of his region in Italy. A must in Singapore!
I and my daughter enjoyed the foods. The area is not nice, but we got the restaurant . It is very clean and pop interrior. I like it very much. Also the chef came to our table to explain what we would have. the foods are great and great service. we want to comeback there again.
This is an outstanding restaurant, where they take so much care of the guest and of the food they serve. Every detail of the menu is thought about carefully, and the chef clearly wants to showcase the best of his country's cuisine... while also experimenting with more international elements. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Wonderful and freshest ingredients are used in its dishes. Service is lovely and the whole experience well worth the visit. I would definitely return to Braci.
Superb little find. The food was incredible, refined in taste and presented beautifully. The open kitchen concept was quite enjoyable, with only a few tables it's a refreshing experience. The staff were delightful and the chef provided individual attention to each guest. The views from the rooftop bar are impressive. Highly recommend.
Excellent dinner from end to end. Food and services are great. The Chef is really kind and he takes time for the guests to explain his dishes. The rooftop bar is a good place for starting or ending the dinner. Definitely worth doing. We are looking forward to going again :)
