About Braci

For an Italian dining experience like no other in Singapore, head on over to Braci. Tucked away on the top two floors of a heritage shophouse, Braci provides a Mediterranean-style retreat right in the heart of Boat Quay, with its rooftop bar and restaurant serving up modern reinventions of classic Italian cuisine. Open on Mondays through to Saturdays, Braci is a popular choice for dinner and drinks in the Boat Quay area – to guarantee a table, making a reservation in advance is recommended.

Sprawling over two floors, Braci is one of Boat Quay’s top dining destinations. Enjoy some Italian cuisine in the restaurant with an open-plan kitchen and stylish surrounds, or head up to the rooftop bar and sip on cocktails while taking in stunning views of the city skyline and the Singapore river. In Italian braci means ‘ember’, and the menu at Braci embraces the art of grilling, using the special Jasper oven and shichirin grill to cook up mouthwatering meats and seafood. Begin your meal with appetizers like the hand-dived scallops with ham, almond milk, corn and apple, beef tartare with smoked marrow and lettuce or the tagliolini with red prawns and caviar, before moving on to the main affair.

Sink your teeth into a succulent steak, some duck breast with crispy skin and heirloom carrots, pork cheek with candied celeriac and blueberry sauce, or one of Barci’s market-fresh fish dishes like the sea bass with eggplant parmigiana and saffron sauce. Conclude your meal with some avocado and coffee parfait with cocoa jelly and crumble, or some homemade pumpkin pie, before heading upstairs to the rooftop bar to enjoy views across the city and cocktails whipped up by the team of mixologists, from creative signatures to old-time classics. Excellent food and excellent service. Not cheap, but actually good value for food of the quality. Portion sizes are quite small as is often the cases for fine dining, so be prepared to order 3 courses or more.

Myself and my partner had a lovely dinner at Braci. The staff were helpful right from the start of the booking process, promptly responding my request to change our seating preference and calling to confirming our booking with us on the afternoon of our reservation. We sat in the main downstairs indoor dining area for our meal, and enjoyed being able to watch the food being prepared at the open plan kitchen. Contrary to some of the reviews we had read online before hand which suggested the temperature could be a little hot with the grill operating, we found the temperature comfortable throughout. We opted for the four course 'Surprise' gustation menu. The staff were very accommodating to our request to have one set of dishes adjusted to suit a pescetarian (myself), with I receiving a sea bass main course in replacement of my partner's duck main course. All of the food was exquisitely presented. Highlights for us were the bread and olive oil (both locally sourced from the chef's home region in Italy) and langoustine topped pasta, though all courses were excellent. We moved up to the rooftop bar for drinks after our meal, and enjoyed the great view over Boat Quay and the river and some very tasty cocktails. All in it was a very special evening that we both loved and we will definitely recommend Braci to family and friends. Our thanks to all the serving staff and chef's for making it such a great experience.

I made a booking at Braci at the last minute for a special occasion. Arrived almost an hour early but they were able to accommodate me and my wife. Service was excellent and so were the dishes. Only realised toward the end of the meal that Braci is Michelin starred. And well deserved in my opinion. I've dined at 2-Michelin-starred establishments in Cumbria and Paris, and Braci is competitive (although can't match the cachet or location of the Europeans). Braci is definitely better than another 1-Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore that I've dined at. Highly recommended!

Every single aspect of Braci is absolutely phenomonal. From start to finish this is a truly impressive culinary experience. Chef Mirko presents every plate with passion and finesse. Every single bite leaves you wanting more. You’re right in the action watching the chefs work in their open kitchen concept. If you appreciate great food & can admire the workings of a kitchen, Braci should definitely be a place you visit in Singapore. My husband and l made a reservation on a whim after looking for a Michelin Star restaurants in Singapore. We are both chefs and were looking to end our trip with an amazing dinner- we got that experience at Braci.

We have been here twice before, as we love BRACI! After a drink on the rooftop terrace, with the beautifull view over Boat Quay, we went downstairs to the restaurant. One can choose from a-la-carte or a surprise-menu... both fantastic choices! All courses look beautiful and the chef explains (in quite rapid and therefor sometimes not so well understandable words) about the ingredients and where these were sourced. We love it at Braci!

Stunning meal in a beautiful setting. Drinks in the open bar upstairs with a view out over the river and Marina Bay. Then really pleased that we choose one of the 3 tasting menus. The amuse bouches were wonderful, and the pasta dish outstanding - with fresh truffle grated on top. It was all good. And we drank a lovely Sicilian red wine. I particularly liked the passion of the chef, who introduced each course to us. A real pleasure to see someone so excited about what he is doing. We'll be back.
