It also boasts an impressive wine list that has been carefully curated with wines from all around the world that pairs perfectly with the cuisine. The menu itself holds true to the message of Singapore’s Botanical Garden by providing interesting and historical facts about some of our most commonly used natural ingredients found in food.

Under the leadership of chef Sujatha Asokan, Botanico at The Garage in Bukit Timah serves such culinary delights as slow-cooked pork belly paired with fermented apple puree, pickled celeriac and finished with nuts and seeds and stockyard wagyu petit tender – a tender steak served with green sriracha, charred leek flowers and potato terrine. Delicious food and good service! Iberico Char siew, classic ceviche and red bass is what we had and highly recommended. Good flavour all round! Must try

Loved the al fresco area for its great ambience! Food was good too – the chorizo piquillo pepper croquettes in particular. Would definitely return to try more of the menu.
