Under the leadership of chef Sujatha Asokan, Botanico at The Garage in Bukit Timah serves such culinary delights as slow-cooked pork belly paired with fermented apple puree, pickled celeriac and finished with nuts and seeds and stockyard wagyu petit tender – a tender steak served with green sriracha, charred leek flowers and potato terrine. Had the all you can eat buffet dinner on New Year Eve for $98++ per pax. Worth every dollar! Each dish was served in fine-dining style, but the food was outstanding and delicious, with special mention to their Spanish Mackerel, Assam Laksa and Botanico Salad. Very disappointed with the Wagyu Petit Tender - tasteless and tough. The buffet includes non-alcoholic drinks but only limited to lime juice and water. The service staff was prompt and attentive.
Great dining experience, Excellent service from staff. The most exciting dish we had was the wild mushroom latte, it was just amazing. Wished it had come in a slightly bigger portion!
