Beirut Grill, located on Bussorah Street in Singapore’s popular Bugis and Arab Street neighborhood, serves up traditional Lebanese food in a cozy atmosphere. Surrounded by a multicultural neighborhood full of small boutiques, Arab markets, and a number of restaurants, the restaurant has made a name for itself in the area. In addition to its extensive menu, guests are welcome to order special dishes (it is recommended to do so a week in advance) such as steamed fish and kharouf, a traditional dish consisting of roasted lamb and rice with pine nuts.
There are no two ways about it, Singapore’s Beirut Grill offers something for everyone. Meat lovers and vegetarians alike can delight in this Bugis restaurant’s large menu, with favorites like lamb kebab kofta and vegetarian makali. Located on Bussorah Street, in the Arab Street neighbourhood, Beirut Grill specializes in mezze, Lebanese small plates comparable to Spanish tapas. Offering both hot and cold mezze, diners are welcome to order a few plates and try each other’s dishes.
For those Singaporeans with a sweet tooth, Beirut Grill on Bussorah Street in the vicinity of Arab Street serves up decadent desserts. With dishes like mouhalabiah, a sweet pudding made with rosewater and honey, or a baklava platter, there are plenty of options. Diners can also choose from a range of cocktails and enjoy entertainment provided by talented belly dancers. Just a short walk from the central Bugis, this restaurant’s prime location makes it the perfect spot to grab a flavoursome Lebanese dinner.
Excellent food, service and ambiance. If the weather is fine, sit out on the street. Thanks to the staff for being so attentive and helpful
Great service and good food. Recommended. The belly dancing show was fun and entertaining. Atmosphere was cost and it was a great place to chill.
Food was gorgeous as usual, been here a few times and it never disappoints! Staff were lovely and very attentive, I will be be again!
Really great food, casual yet bustling place, the mixed grills are great to share. Only thing to note on the weekend is the loud bass from next door after 10pm if you’re inside.
We have many Turkish and Lebanese restaurants in Melbourne and Beirut Grill rates very, very highly. It is small; all food is really interesting and authentic. The Bread served with the cold mezzanine plate had been freshly baked. You can see the kitchen. The wine list is interesting and affordable ( so rare in Singapore). We would definitely go back; highly recommended.
We had the cold mixed mezze and extra sides of falafel and halloumi. All were absolutely delicious served with warm fresh pitta. The service was prompt and miracle of miracles here in Sg, all came together!!! We would definitely recommend Beirut Grill and hope to go again soon.
Nice place to have meal with family and friends. The place setting is pretty. Food was good and the portion was big enough for sharing-the mixed platter kebab. We think the restaurant could use more staffs to improve service quality in terms of speed of serving the food (it took so long to have orders served) and courtesy. It would not hurt as we saw the 3 waitresses were really trying so hard non-stop to cater for full restaurant last night, they look tired and may be that was why smile and warmth of service were missing. They were doing their job well though. Overall we have good dining experience.
A nice celebration of International Hummus Day with several flavors we’d never tasted before, with the opportunity to taste and have a Lebanese rosé that went perfectly with the meal. It was a buffet with a small - but hearty - selection of main courses, nothing unusual, but tasty to serve as sidekick to the marquee hummuses. Being full house, service was serviceable, but with belly dancing performed and just $30 per person for a free flow of food, it was great value and a fun experience.
We went to Beiruit Grill for dinner after reading some good reviews. The hummus was delicious, full of flavor. We tried the labneh, which is like a dip between yoghurt and cheese. Also good, but the hummus was the winner. For mains we shared the mix grill. It was enough for two and the meats were varied and quite tasty. Would have liked to see abit more salad on the side to balance the heavy meats, but overall it was an enjoyable meal.
This was our 3rd time at Beirut Grill. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is just ok, the drink menu is a bit average. Burt overall, very good place to go for dinner.
