The ingredients are all fresh, the broth was spectacular and service was incredible. Will definitely come back here to eat. They also provide free refreshing dessert in the end.
food and taste were up to expectations! service was good. preferred the normal dining area to the pink one though. will be back again!
Awesome service and good food. It's always easy to book & dine for OneKM branch. If only the same applies for Centrepoint branch. Will definitely be back for hotpot fix again!
Fresh food. Yummy broth!! My favourite hotpot. But reservations is tricky even with Quandoo. Can’t book some timing. Weird.
Interior – Nice interior design and great ambience! Table to table is not too near which make dining experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Service – Double thumb up !!! High service standard and attentive to all table requests. The staff bowed at all customers with full 90 degree bow ! The staff would automatically refill the soup, without us asking. The free yuzu ice which they served after our meal was a refreshing drink after the hotpot. Food – We ordered 4-in-1 soup pot which we could try 4 different kinds of soup base. There is a total of 6 soup bases which you could select. Collagen soup is one the best which must not be missed. The mushroom soup tasted even better after the ingredients have been cooked in the pot. The Chicken Herbal soup tasted great too. Tomato soup also provided a different superb taste. As for drinks, you could order free flow of Luo Ha Guo or Sour Plum which go well with the hotpot. The food served are all with great taste and best quality!
2nd visit to this outlet. The staff was very accommodating and managed to get us a table for 9 people even we reserved two tables. Definitely less crowded on a weekday afternoon. The staff was attentive, the food we ordered arrived very quickly and the staff suggested that some of the food be placed at a nearby counter because there was just no space on the table for all that we ordered. Overall, a very pleasant lunch at a convenient location.
Pretty good selection of dishes! Meat quality was good and each slices were of decent sizes! Best thing of all was their fried beancurd! Fast dip into the boiling soup for a couple of seconds, not only does it retains its crispness but at the same time soak up some of the soup essence. It's like crunchy yet bursting with the collagen/ma la soup.
Love their service and of course the food ! The shark cartilage soup it truly value for money . Worth the go. Reservation is also a breeze but will be good if they can extend the hours of booking. The latest we can book a table is only up to 6pm.
service is good but I don't like about this restaurant because they restrict you to finish everything by one and half hour. For steamboat usually we will take more time to finish the food and everyone prefer to slowly eat and cook their food. I find that they really push you to finish by that timing which I don't get this issue when during at Hai di Lao. They don't rush you to finish the meal.
Havent been there in a while. They have shifted one floor up and the decor’s all pink now. Staff are still polite but not as attentive - drink didn’t get refilled promptly and they didn’t clear the soup stuff given that it’s off peak. We had received better service on previous occasions. They have also stopped offering rice at the condiment zone and charge $3+/pax for condiment (don’t recall this previously but please confirm?).
