I was there with my family of 5 in total. Very good experience and cozy. Nice place for family dinner which is good standard of food and reasonable price. Excellent service and my 3 children love the food and atmosphere is wonderful
We had an excellent dinner, the food was fantastic (French lamb, veal escalope and smoked burrata cheese pasta dishes were all great) . Wine selection was excellent and we had extremely attentive service. A great night all up.
Love this place! A nice cosy Italian restaurant with very friendly staff. We had Parma Ham with Melon + Clams with white wine sauce for appetizer, lobster ravioli for main & chocolate lava cake for dessert. Love every items especially the ravioli & lava cake. Will definitely be back to try other items!
We enjoyed the food tremendously but it was difficult to get the wait staff's attention. It seems that a part-time staff did not show up without warning. We will be back for more great food!
Nice cosy place. Service was excellent always with a smile. Food was good, abit pricey for neighbourhood area. Best to make reservation especially for big group.
Service is always friendly and credit goes to the team working this evening. Unfortunately they were under staff and struggle to keep up to their usual service level of a full score. Could do more with menu recommendation, customers who order sharing portion, should proactively suggest for additional portion or highlight the quantity. Fries was not a menu item and was told kitchen had to defrost before frying. It eventually came with the main course which should be part of the starters. Was disappointed on this occasion but will return as I genuinely believe they can do better.
We had absolutely Delicious food In a lovely ambience and it is Not pretentious. I loved the fact that it was out of the city center. Scallops were amazing, as was the mushroom soup! Will definitely be back.
Excellent food and super staff, very helpful and friendly. Portions are also super big. We had pasta, osso buco, antipastis, and milanese veal. Very yummy!
Really easy to use and reliable. It was a seemless process aft you have booked it through the quandoo and the rest is well being taken care of. This is a 24 by 7 service and we don't have to wait for operating hours of the restaurant to book. Awesome!
It was rather crowded yesterday when we were there, so they may be slightly under staffed. The pizza oven is ready and they begin serving pizza again which is awesome!
Nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it is a perfect escape from the daily grind. The cuisine is well crafted to satisfy the palette, the meats and pasta we had that night were simply superb. A wide range of authentic Italian dishes and wine pairing. The service was very attentive and endearing. Definitely going back for another visit. Excellent!
Great ambience. Service was good enough. However, the food didn't do justice to its price tag and the lovely ambience. A pity..
We had such a great time at Baci Baci. The food was exceptional and the Service fantastic! We are looking forward to our next visit.
Superb truffle risotto. Excellent wine by the glass selection. The welcome is perfect. Good adress. The restaurant team is present and discreet, and very passionate.
Good recommendation on the wine. Great location if you like a quiet place for dinner. Food portion is quite huge. We had the lamb which was fantastic. Price is definitely on the high side so not a restaurant that we can afford to go on weekly basis
Baci Baci is located in an unexpected place! In the midst of a quiet Serangoon Gardens Estate. Who would have thought there there is a restaurant here! We ordered the burratina pugliese con rucola, pomodorini pachino e S. Daniele invecchiato for sharing and this is good😋although we would have preferred creamier burrata cheese! The tonnarelli all'astice which is black ink pasta with boston lobster, brandy and white wine is not impressive as the boston lobster is quite tasteless😫 My kid ordered the lunette ripiene di porcini in crema al tartufo e rucok wgich is actually ravioli with porcini filling and truffle cream. This dish is the best amongst all ordered and it was really yum yum 👅. The lamb I ordered is rather tasty but a tat too oily. The place is not wheelchair friendly as there is a kerb about 6cm at the entrance of the restaurant and a power wheelchair would not be able to access the place. However, fret not as there are tables with fans outside, so it's alright for power wheelchair users and those diners who want to smoke. Service is good and the ambience too👍🏼
