We enjoyed our food and wine at Baci Baci. The owner provided personalised service by approaching diners to chat to each one. We enjoyed the experience.

Fast and nice food. Good size meals. Nice atmosphere too.

Overall experience was great however I'm not sure if they left out my comment but I mentioned that it was for my boyfriend's birthday but there were no special arrangements.

Had a wonderful time with my daughter at Baci Baci. Nice and cosy ambience with execellent service and attentive staff. Good recommendations for the food and wine.

Great food, excellent service! One of our favourite restaurants. Staff is like family. Food is consistently great. Portions are huge, so make sure you save space for desserts!

The portion of the salad and antipasto is huge, even the sparkling wine is nearly full glass. Service is good, food is great, excellent decoration and I do recommend this restaurant to other.

One word: Good. Love the ambience. Food's simple but tasty. Nothing to fault with service. Priced decently for the quality that we got. Decent collection of mainly Italian (for obvious reason) wine.

I love what Mabel has done with the place. Wonderful service, fresh food and great flavours. It's become my go-to place away from the madding crowds. Must try!

Great service and food. Tucked in a quaint part of serangoon gardens, I arrived early but the host was accommodating although they open at 6pm. Recommendation of red wine was spot on. I had mushroom soup, beautiful consistency and Fritto Miso as appetiser. Calamari and prawns wereally fresh and lightly broaded. Ossobuco was a little overdone and saffron risotto was accompanied perfectly. I was given limoncello which was perfect to end my dining experience.

A little out of the way but the food was good and the service was great. Very friendly staff. Ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana, Calamari and Steak. They also have organic wine which is a bonus!

We were a table of eight. Our booking was at 9 pm. We arrived there at about 9.35 pm. The kitchen was to close at 9.45 pm. The Owner/Chef was very accomodating and took all our orders, made sure we enjoyed the meal and only then left. The waiter Raju was very friendly and smiling. The food was great and so was the service. We would definitely look forward to going there as often as possible

Envisage better service and quality of food for the price we paid. Pizza was nice Chef was friendly and that compensates for the average service.

Lovely environment - calm, quiet, serene and not so crowded. Food was good but in regards to value for money - not outstanding.. would visit again! .

We had the seafood pomodoro soup, parma ham pizza, carbonana, foie gras fettuccine, and angel hair crab pasta. The carbonara was pretty decent, but everything else was just pure wow. Seafood is extremely, extremely fresh. Without a doubt the best pasta I've had in Singapore.

Mushroom soup was good. Pasta dish disappointing and beef not the best. Ambient fantastic. Service was very good. However, it could be due to ordering wrong dish.

Great place tucked away in a nice Soft and warm spot that unless in the know u will miss it! Been here couple of times since we found it.

Food was excellent and delicious. A hidden gem tucked in a quiet residential estate. The clams with white wine sauce and scallop carpaccio were fresh and well executed. But the seafood salad was a little bland although the ingredients were really fresh. The appetiser comes in rather big portion, so they are good for sharing. The pasta dishes are also very tasty. So glad to have found this place.

Just average Italian fare in the midst of abundance of local food for prices of some more established and better joints in town (OSO etc).

Good service, efficient staff and generally good food. But we have been twice and both times the pizza has been substandard. The pizza toppings don't cover the whole pizza with 5cm left bare with no cheese or anything. The restaurant went to the trouble and expense of installing a pizza oven a year or so ago, so producing better pizzas would seem a good idea!

The service was excellent! And the food is authentic and yummy too. The cosy decor is another plus. Overall a very wonderful dinning experience! Will definitely be back

The ambience of the place was great and the food was tasty. The service was fanastic as well as we were there to celebrate a birthday and they cater to our last min request for a cake with birthday song too. The only complain is the location.

Very fresh products, nice presentation, innovative recipes ...you will pass a good moment in a nice place. The service is perhaps a bit too long and the price a little too high.

Food is authentic and atmosphere is nice. Crowd on Friday is decent and the staff is a little bit short handed but they are coping.

Nice ambience with excellent pizza and pastas. Cleanliness of the place is astounding, would definitely return! Suitable for romantic dates, gathering with friends and family!

Ambience is really great for couple to chill out. The service is wonderful. Parking could be tough, so do try to take a 10-15 min walk in from serangoon gardens or take a cab.

Good food but quite expensive compared to the quality (maybe did not choose the best dishes). Great Staff that are really friendly and offered a small drink which is nice!

It was not crowded at all. Food and ambience wAs excellent as usual. I think this is the best place to visit on a weekday if you like somewhere quiet with great food.

Food is authentic! Service is friendly and efficient! Everyone working in the restaurant including the chefs are all great host and sharing information about their fine cooking.

A cozy little restaurant that can well cater to both fine dining and family dining depending on the occasion. To say food is good is an understatement. My wife and I, and friends we take to the restaurant on many occasions had never failed to leave impressed (satisfied). And the staff is fantastic not because they know me. I don't actually know the staff and neither do they know me but the staff, they were ever so friendly, accommodating. Pricing is reasonable and even when given a freedom to decide the menu for small party, they balance the fare so conscientiously that I do not ever remember spending more than $70 per head (all the pluses included) excluding wine and alcohol. A great place!!!

My family and I love the place. It's pretty n food is real good. Minestrone soup, Veal risotto and black inn pasta with half Boston lobster are must trys! Will surely return for other food items in the menu.
