Service staff were friendly and efficient even though we were in a room. Quality and variety of food was great. we had a great time catching up over good food at asia grand.

Been to Asia Grand a couple of times, food is always good but the service is average. Spilling tea onto table a couple of times, face frown when I asked for hot water. I didn't feel welcome, except when I first stepped into the restaurant and when I left.

The food, ambience and everything was good. More over the waiters seem happy and responsive.

The flaming spring chicken is a joke. they placed the chicken on a side table and doused it in flames. After that, the chicken disappeared into the kitchen. It reappeared as a normal roast chicken dish, just a lot drier and tasteless as it has been charred. Roast suckling pig is crispy but tasted more fried than roasted. Price for everything is on the high side.

Service needs to be improve. Waitress have really a sulky face.

Many good value for set dinner with Peking duck and abalone.
