Felt the food quality has deteriorated since I last came. Food was served cold, service was perfunctory and slow.

Always a top favourite for having authentic Chinese/Cantonese cuisine. Held numerous clients CNY luncheons at this restaurant and it never fail to disappoint!

The restaurant is famous for the peking duck . The glistening , gloriously crispy skin wrapped in fragrant egg crepe was delicious . The remaining meat was served with it’s signature sauce was tender and fragrant. The XO chilli sauce has a umami taste , complements with the dishes . It was addictive and was glad the restaurant is selling it as well . The service was impeccable , dishes was served and plates were cleared promptly . The servers , probably worked there for long were cheerful and provided warm hospitality. Highly recommended

Front line staff greet us immediately upon our arrival. Serving is fast. As our dessert takes 15 minutes to warm up, two staff inform us before hand and assure it will come within the tome frame.

The food at Asia Grand was good but service staffs were not attentive or helpful. E.g. didn’t bring bowls or offer to distribute when noodles was served. Probably they are under staff during weekends. Have to watch time slot while eating cos limited time is allocated to about 1 ++ hour for the lunch.

Ordered some promo items such as peking duck and bamboo clams, both of were quite value for money.

Foods are ok. Prices are considered reasonable. Staff are courteous.

Although they were quite full, service was good and attentive, they even distribute noodles for us. The only hype was the chopped duck took quite a long time to serve but small issue.

Mr Peter Chew, the supervisor had made our dining experience today a better one when it may had ended in a bitter note. Our fish dish did not meet our expectation and Mr Chew suggested to serve another type of fish for better taste. He had also made a few trips back into our room to ensure all are well!

service was excellent and kudos to the restaurant making an effort in employing and retaining local seniors in their staff.
