Love the afternoon tea time with friends here and it's cozy and a bit luxury. Just disappointed about the service ... not very good as this venue.

Was a really different experience! Sitting there painting, we easily spent 6 hours together. It was so fun, yet at the same time relaxing. Would recommend this activity to my friends!

The overall experience at Arteastiq is good, the food is nice and ambiance is nice except the single chair for 2 pax seating the color has wear off.

Great atmosphere. Good selection of teas. Food was alright, not the best but it's more for the ambience. Definitely a place to impress your date.

New entree-cum-dessert menu wasn't as good as the previous fare before 6pm but heard that's gonna be revamped; their pear tea along with their dessert lychee /pear / yuzu ice-cream gelato was still as awesome tho

Good ambience. Food is so so only. Drinks are ok and of course expensive. Would choose other venue for lunch. High tea is acceptable. Nice place for photo taking.

Unique selection of Mar"tea"ni, tastes good with the right amount of alcohol. The duck confit was quite tasty and portion was ok for the price. Would be good if we were informed upfront that the dish would take awhile, as we ordered 2 mains and they were served at least 10 minutes apart. Nice ambience and polite staff, would return again.

Tried their high tea menu, which i felt was not worth the price as the items were not spectacular and waiting time was quite long. However their tea list & tea is pretty good. That is worth the hype. Lastly if you are looking for a filling high tea this place is not suited for you!

Good ambience, the set lunch is worth its value. Comes with the tea which we enjoyed so much. Would be perfect if service staff put on a smile.

The place had a delightful ambience, good service, and just like its name, the layout of food and tea are arteastiq. Will definitely go there again! 👍

The restaurant ambience was awesome. My girlfriends and I got sofa seats (probably because we made a reservation 2 weeks beforehand). But probably we got the sofa seat, it was relatively hard to get the staff's attention to order our food, ended up we had to walk to them to order and another time to reorder because the order was forgotten. But the quality of the food will bring us back again. :) Food wise, it was really nice. All of us loved The Royal Princess-Salmon Wellington. It's a must try! :) Mushroom Soup was good too. I personally think that the gravy for Boston Love Boat-Ciponio can be a little more so we can dip our pastry into it. However the serving of the food will require a little wait. We love our beverages too! Hot Lychee tea and Hot Irish Cream Latte were good! Not recommended to order iced floral tea because the ice melts very fast and soon the tea got diluted. For 3 person, we ordered The Royal Princess-Salmon Wellington, "The Best Mushroom Soup in the world", Nordic lights-Soba Salad, Boston Love Boat-Ciponio, Iced Rose Tea, Hot Lychee Tea, Hot Irish Cream Latte & Etna's Peak.

Average satisfaction on food and service wasn't on point. Overall review, just below average. One time experience is m sufficient, not worth for a return.

Ambience is good but the food is just right only. Service wasn't fantastic as the service bell wasn't working well. Had to call for them many times.

Slow service and expensive food considering the portions and quality of food served in general. Service was friendly enough however, smiley wait staff. Overall unlikely to go back there.

We had the salmon Wellington and striplon steak. Food was delicious and service staff were fast and polite. The ginger ginseng tea was good too! Worth a revisit.

The staff were not very attentive. Food served was a measly portion and the prices were not very reasonable. Taste wise was fine. We were told that our reservation was not in the system due to their faulty system. Could not have imagined if the restaurant was full.

The atmosphere was great, we are ushered to a great spot with 2 seats. The food was pretty quick, they even push out a small table to put our tea because the table was full.

We ordered Wellington, soup, duck wrap and a afternoon tea set. None tasty and did not taste fresh. Servers had bad product knowledge, did not inform us our ala carte orders of duck wrap are repeats from the afternoon tea set.

Food is OK. Waited so long (25mins)for my starters that my main course arrived first. Restaurant manager was nice and apologised profusely and gave 10% discount for the mistake.

The crew are very young I experienced in giving service. Will not come back for sure. Ordered a red wine asked me if I wanted it could cold. Red wine common sense should be served at room temperature.

Awesome experience. One of my Muslim colleague wrongly placed an alcoholic dessert and the waitress was kind enough to replace it. Especially when the group is big, orders can be hard to manage but she did it style. Love her attitude!

Service = 2/6 (Not approachable and not friendly enough. When wanted to place our order like nobody care about us, called so many times yet to have any respond. When at payment also the same. So service charge we paid is for this kind of service? Hope can be improve in this. Although crowded and busy but also need to take note of customers who already inside the cafe.) Taste = 3.5/6 (Average taste depends on what food you ordered) Presentation Of The Food = 4/6 (The overall presentation is quite nicely display but the pate which use to serve the food way too huge? Which occupied the whole table for just 3 drinks, food came with no place to put?) Pricing = 1.5/6 (Too expensive for just 3 dine in, total bill = $98.25) Ambiance = 4/6 (Sofa is comfortable which is good for gatherings but the table are way too small for many foods.)

The concept and tea selection are quite intriguing and yet, the service far below par compare to same cafe/bistro/restaurant. The female waiting staff at front desk was unfriendly and tend on the rude side, unhappy to attend to customers. The only male waiting staff on that afternoon was the total opposite. Will I return here? Probably not as it seems service always been lacking.

Food selection was good. However their ribeye ordered Medium done was served almost Raw in the centre, and was unable to be eaten. Service was very slow too. For their listed price, not a worthy experience.
