American Taproom - Stanley St

Poor choice in a cornucopia of choices - the area is full of interesting and good restaurants and we booked this one. We turned up to a virtually empty bar to be served by a disinterested member of staff - very average beer and wine were ordered. Staff could even be bothered to come to see if we wanted to eat. We left - not recommended. Eat at one of the great other places.

Enjoyed the wide selection of items on the menu, ambience was great for chilling in the evening too!

Chill vibes with accommodative service. Will come back. Well recommended.

Food was really terrible - we ordered a bunch of sides but they tasted like poorly microwaved food

Our favourite dish here would be the pork ribs - it was absolutely amazing! Well balanced flavours, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection (no charred bits). The warm ambiance and friendly staff made the dinner experience welcoming and relaxed.

Very good place for beer lover ( American style bar ) service was good , reasonable price too.
