Singapore has no shortage of great Cantonese restaurants, but 9Goubuli in Marina Bay stands out from the rest, specialising in goubuli – a culinary legacy that began in Tianjin in 1858 – and serving up both Northern and Southern Chinese cuisine. Located inside The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and open seven days a week, head over to 9Goubuli on Bayfront Avenue for a special dining experience in Singapore’s Marina Bay.

The time-honoured Chinese dish goubuli baozi is a must-try, consisting of a special dumpling handmade from half leaven dough which is then steamed to perfection and stuffed with flavoured meat and a soup filling. 9Goubuli is one of only places to go to sample this famous Chinese delicacy in Singapore – we recommend trying the goubuli buns filled with Wagyu beef and vegetables. Other delicious choices on 9Goubuli in Marina Bay’s extensive menu include a range of dim sum, Chinese rotisserie specialities and live seafood. Opt for a classic like the Peking roasted duck or sip on some double-boiled bird's nest soup.
With its traditional yet stylish Chinese-inspired decor, 9Goubuli creates a special atmosphere to dine in, and its convenient location inside The Shoppes at Marina Bay makes it the perfect place to stop by after some retail therapy, or to enjoy a night out in Singapore's Marina Bay area. Secure a table at this renowned restaurant on Bayfront Avenue by making a reservation in advance!

Good customer service, nice atmosphere, more importantly, great food for the olds and the young. Price is a bit step but overall it still worth recommending to my families and friends. 2 thumbs up!
Our overall experience from start to finish was excellent ! The online reservation was quick and easy and we were seated immediately on arrival. Even though it was a very busy Saturday evening, the staff were very attentive and attended to our requests very promptly. The food and level of service exceeded our expectation !! Highly recommended.
The gou Bu li buns offered in the restaurant are must try and if you are one who loves traditional "Kong ba" bun, this restaurant is a must enter for you :)
Service was prompt.......good recommendation by the lady who served us......taste was great....but pricey as we had lobsters which was on promotion. Will go back to try the regular menu.
background music can make the ambiance more relax and can make people eat more. the waiter can ask the customer or should be alert to take the dirty plate that is not used already on the table
Excellent food! Everything we tried was delicious. The wanton soup, charsiew, Chou sum with mushrooms and pork buns were particularly high quality. But the pork bun was a little small than expected.
Good Food. Service Stuff Friendly and efficient. But the dishes a little bit slow from kitchen given that it was not very crowded on the afternoon we dine at about 1.45pm.
The promotion menu reflected on the website doesn't coincide with the restaurant. Staffs were not properly informed of the promotions by the management. For one of the dessert, it did not come out as how it was detailed in English and Japanese.
Service was good despite the food being served slower than average, and there are only 2 tables occupied including ours. Nothing fantastic about the food
Food was Ok but not spectacular. Pricey though. The place is rather plain with uninspiring décor, good for family meals not for entertaining important guests.
