The food was generally of better quality, which explained the slightly higher price. The ambience was refined, with minimalist furnishings and clean lines. The lightings was appropriate for a steam boat restaurant (you still able to see the food). The service was attentive, efficient without being intrusive. The waiting staff came around regularly to ensure all your needs were met. In summary, one of the better steamboat restaurants in Singapore.

Made reservation hence no waiting time was required. Restaurant was almost empty as we booked the 1st slot right after opening and it’s lunch on a weekend. Very friendly staff, saw them wiping the seats and tables regularly. Friendly staff. Wish there’s more promotions available.

Paid for the condiments which included fruits but only manage to get 1 plate of fruit :( . They did not automatically top up the soup when it was low or scoop the top of the soup out. All their dishes are quite salty so to take note to request less salty.

Excellent food and service as usual. The staff werr attentive without being too overbearing.

The tomato oxtail was well liked even by my in laws. We also liked the seaweed vege, bamboo pith and angus beef. The only snag with booking with Quandoo is that the restaurant disqualifies you from birthday 10% discount which does not make sense.

Service is poor. I went at night. I feel they are short handed. Have to wait very long for everything. We didn’t enjoy. It’s a pity.

The ambiance and decor of the restaurant was elegant and pleasant. The attentiveness to the decor even extend to the restroom, which was elegant in a minimalist way. The staff was helpful and attentive and came around frequently to check on the hotpot, the food and the clearing of utensils. The standard of food was excellent, and of good value, especially some of the dishes could be ordered in half portions. We had the beef tongue and 8 seconds beef which were excellent. The stirfried small Chinese lobsters was delicious.

Heard good reviews from friends so went to give it a try. Location is alittle tricky for non drivers but with gps shld be okay. Restaurant looks nicely decor with zen feel. However quality of food i think still okay only. portion bit small and think quite pricey. hearsay its better than HDL but on my account i beg a diff. Services and quality still have room for improvements.

Perhaps we came early but have to wait a while for our hot pot soup to be ready. The waitress who took our order was abit curt but other waitress who served us was good n courteous

Waitress was really friendly and accommodating. Soup was delicious. Just slight disappointment, as the waitress forget to serve us water after we requested for it. Have to remind her a few times.

Restaurant with very nice ambience which I had a great time with my friends. I like their hotpot over others too. Definitely will come back again.

Very lovely place that did not feel squeezy. The servers were very attentive if you can get their attention. Food was generally OK but the star of the place is still the very flavourful soups. We had the herbal chicken and tomato corn.

food was great, ambience really classy too. but somehow service crew didn't seem v pleased to be working. fried mint leaves were interesting, next time will order if we have a bigger group cuz the portion was generous.
