service level here is tip top. food quality is good too!

Can’t go wrong with chilli crab at long beach. Abit pricey but service, location and the food food is well worth it.

The restaurant called earlier in the day to confirm the reservations. When I arrive, the service was great. The food was also good.

This was the first time we visited the restaurant. Both food and environment is so good that we definitely will come back again.

The Black Pepper Crab is the most delicious. We made reservation and got ourselves the aircon seating. Will book our reservation from here again.

Food was good as expected hence I always bring overseas guests to Long Beach Dempsey. Our total bill came up to $480 though which was a bit of a shock. It was mostly because they sold us 2x 1.8kg crabs which we were initially advised would be 1.6kg crabs when we ordered. We were after 1.2-1.4kg but they said they only had 900gm (which is not a practical size for a reputable restaurant like Long Beach) and 1.6kg. I paid in a hurry as I had guests with me and didn’t want to dispute the bill.

Awesome Singaporean food especially the well-known chilli crab. Tried their white pepper crab, was okok, preferred their black pepper crabs. Bamboo clams are super good although on some occasions they may not be available due to low supply in off peak seasons. Great service and overall great dining experience. A go-to place with family.

Service staff was polite and alert. as we placed an order with a reasonable amount, we got an upgrade to the private rooms which was good. The food was delicious especially the Alaskan crab! We had an enjoyable dinner.

Overall experience very good especially with the exceptional service of the attendant Rio and the assistant manager May.

Overall it is perfect except that we have to sit under open air without any air con or fan. Weather is too hot to sit outside.
