Food was nice. Ambience needs work. Tables were old and sticky. Service can be improved.

It was warm welcoming environment, friendly service and the food was very delicious . They even sang and played instruments for birthday surprise !

Menu was extensive. Food was ok..had better. Service was ok but the restaurant was quite noisy.

Everything was good and superb even the lady who serve us is so welcoming. Just wanna feedback abt the staircase very steep and dangerous. Need to improvise abit on that.

place is clean and nice, staffs are friendly. but the food seems pricey for normal cuisines

The lamb shank briani was good..same for the pide n the appetizer..drink was a bit expensive. Only disappointed was i request for a small cake for my husband's birthday that i dont mind to pay for it (indicate in the request form) but it was not being respond. So i think can omit the request section since it was not important to attend to. The service given was good tho.

Food was below average because the lamb chop n carbonara tasted bland like as if no salt was used at all. But heard that is how the Turkish like it to be..

food was awesome but the servuce can be improve. why leave the bill on the table even before customer ask for it? a little disappointed on that. overall all okay.

Hearing mixed reviews from family & friends on the food & service provided by this restaurant, we had our dad's bdae dinner there. -Food were served almost 1hr later & cold. The Turkish apple tea was served as normal tea & replacement done. -Nasi mandi set along with lobster ordered were cold; Lamb rack were dry cold & some meat part were hard to cut BUT amazingly the fats area were soft & digestable. -1 pasta dish were forgotten & we had to asked the crew twice for it & when came, hahaa appearance were different than picture in the menu. -Weekend crowds for dinner esp along Arab St restaurants are popular but that's no excuse for slow food serve & serving cold dish. -Do syock up on the popular desserts like Kunafe, rather than halfway meal only to inform patrons OH WE NOW HAVE STOCK. -Overal pricing too pricey, not value for $$ nor quality nor quantity.

The Crab Meat pasta was mediocre but the Kunafe was really good

The interior design was amazing, and the Turkish / Arabic food & desserts were great! But you must be careful when climbing up / down to the second floor. ;)
