Genuinely one of THE BEST jjajangmyeons and jjamppongs ever! Also recommended by a Korean friend, so glad to know its authentic!

Always my favourite place whenever I am craving for some authentic jjajangmyeon and jjamppong.

The kimchi pancake here is one of the best I have had! The restaurant feels so authentic.

Servings size was SO Big, we got the set $53 which states serves 2, jjampong and jjajang, pork and dumplings, AND we added a pancake but it could have served 4!!! shop was very busy hard to get service, food was good

Food is overall decent quality but not sure why they charge such a high service tax when the service they provide is pretty standard (nothing more than serving food).

The place is easy to find. Very friendly service. It is popular with koreans here. The portions is substantial. Jajangmyeon is delicious. The Jjampong a tad too spicy for us but I think that's the korean's standard.

I was half expecting the service from those famous korean shops along tanjong pagar road but Hwang Sil proved otherwise. The bosses (i presumed) and the staffs were so friendly and all smiles. Felt so welcoming. Food was nice. Definitely worth repeated visits.
